Kelley has been a hair designer for over 20 years. She recently moved to Temecula from Orlando, Florida. While in Florida, she worked with and learned from the top stylists in the Central Florida area. She keeps up with the current trends and styles through continuous education and attending premiere hair and beauty shows throughout the United States.
