Josh credits his sister, Amber, for being the reason he decided to become a hair stylist. She is an educator at The Paul Mitchell School in the East Bay. After being in construction as a career for many years, he decided he needed a change. Josh states “It’s my passion to make people feel good about themselves and make them look beautiful.”
He is a qualified, trained hair stylist and colorist and he has a strong focus in meticulous cuts and color. He was in the Paul Mitchell Phase II Advanced training and took many motivational speaker classes with such people as Winn Claybaugh, George Morales, Kelly Cardenas and the League of Extraordinary Men. He is proud to say that he won second place in the annual ‘What Inspires You’ Fashion show.
“I love thinking outside the box with wild cuts and color such as leopard print hair color and hair carving designs but I do everyday cuts and styles as well” says Josh. He is our Eufora Elite Member at The Beauty Studio which means that he is our Eufora expert and ‘go to’ person here when our stylists or clients have questions.
When he is not at the salon, you can catch him soaking up the sun at Lake Havasu or kicking up dust at the desert. He also is into dancing and just having a good time with friends and family.
